We are a family-owned full-service music store, literally putting the mom and pop back into “mom and pop”. We believe music, and more specifically, learning to play music should be as affordable and accessible as possible. We live in an age in which people are becoming more and more accustomed to getting things in a near-instant, and learning to play an instrument proficiently is, well, slow and difficult, making it one of life’s remaining great ellective challenges.

Our goal is to remove as many hurdles as possible that get people, primarily our youth, into playing music. We’re committed to creating an environment, both within our store and our St. Cloud, MN area community, that brings knowledge, affordability, and education within arm’s reach so that all you have to do is bring the drive!

When Riff City Guitar decided to close its doors in 2019, we realized how important it was, even with the seemingly exponential growth of the digital retail world, to have a clean, robust, knowledgeable and engaging store in a music-strong community like ours in the St. Cloud, MN area.
